FILM WORK

Michael O'Dwyer is a writer / producer / director with independent company Driftwood Doll Films which he co-founded with Eilís Abbott in 2014.  He studied Film & Television Production at Ireland’s National Film School IADT, before putting his full focus on writing in 2010 and has recently worked in script development on a prestigious upcoming Irish American feature film.  He has also worked one on one with a number of independent Irish film-makers at every stage of the script development process – from expanding a half page story idea to redrafting completed feature film scripts.  He has recently co-written and directed a low budget short film called DEAD INSIDE, and produced THE BETRAYAL, a 30 minute LGBT-themed thriller directed by Kamila Dydyna and Natasha Waugh through Driftwood Doll Films.
